Redemption Instructions for PC

1. Open the Arc client 
2. Click the gear icon at the top right of the Arc Client
3.  Select "Activate a Product" and enter your code
4.  Launch the game and complete the Tutorial
5.  Claim the item from the Zen Store in the "Promotions" tab

 

Redemption Instructions for Steam

1. Go to https://www.arcgames.com/en/code-redemption
2. Log into your Arc account.
3. Enter your code in the text field.
4. Select the Redeem button.
5. Launch the game and complete the Tutorial.
6. Claim the item from the Zen Store in the “Promotions” tab.

 

Redeeming the 50% off Coupon from Eaglemoss

 

1. Log into your Star Trek Online account.
2. Redeem the 50% off code in the Arc client.
3. Enter Star Trek Online on desired character.
4. Find the "T6 Starship Coupon" in the Promotions tab of the C-Store and claim it.
5. Once redeemed, you will be able to use the coupon when buying any singular T6 ship.
6. Please note: The coupon does not stack with other sales.

 

Redeem an Arc Code for PlayStation®4 and Xbox One:

1.  Navigate to https://www.arcgames.com/en/code-redemption, and follow the instructions on that page
2.  Link your PSN/Xbox account to an Arc account, if you haven't already.
3.  Log in to your PSN/Xbox account on a Playstation 4/Xbox One
4.  Download and install Star Trek Online
5.  Begin a new character and complete the tutorial
6.  You'll be able to find your item in the "Promotions" tab of the Zen Store

 

Redeem a PlayStation®Store Voucher:

1. Open a Sony Network Entertainment account on PSN (or use your existing Sony Entertainment Network account).
2. Select the PlayStation®Store icon on the PS4™ system home screen.
3. On PlayStation®Store, select 'Redeem Codes' at the bottom of the menu.
4. Enter the code.
5. Once the code has been entered correctly, select 'Continue' on the dialog box.
6. Select 'Continue' to complete code redemption.
7. Launch Star Trek Online and visit the C-Store in-game.
8. Rewards can be found on the tab marked “Promotions.”
